He went on to describe the life of a rather poor and lonely man travelling in ancient Greece and Egypt, and at the end of the regression said he felt he was curled up like a baby (though he hadn’t moved) and could clearly feel sand running through his fingers.

What set my heart pumping and made him go pale two weeks later was when we visited the Egyptian exhibition at the museum – there lay the preserved skeleton of a poor and lowly adult from ancient Egypt, curled up in the foetal position, with the label saying the poor people were buried like this, and placed in shallow graves of sand.

“That could be me!”, said my friend…  and we quickly left to go get a beer!

I could fill pages and pages with the stories I’ve come across – but the beautiful thing is how the re-living of each of these events or experiences somehow liberates the person going through it.

My own first Past Life regression helped me stop trying to be too ‘good’ to my friends and family – and just relax. So simple but profoundly liberating for me at the time.
