Unlock The Secrets Of Your Hidden Past Lives “30 Days To Past Life Memories” Lesson 12 “The Final Frontier” Hello again, Well, here we are at the last lesson in this initial course on Past Life Regression. First of all I’d like to say a big ‘THANK YOU’ to you, for sticking with me all the way through. When I started writing it I had no idea who would read it, if anyone would even get past Lesson 1, or whether or not what I had to say would be interesting for you! But I’m glad that I did, because your lovely e-mails have kept me going to write the next lesson and the next, until finally we are here at Lesson 12, which I’ve called , ‘The Final Frontier”. In this lesson I want to tie up all the loose ends from previous lessons, give you some final thoughts on how to access your Past Life information and what to do with it, and most importantly, hopefully inspire you to actually take some kind of action - action that will bring about deep changes within you and move you in whichever direction your true heart desires you to go. “The Present Has The Power” “The present has the power” is actually the title of song written by a good friend of mine - Jonathan Orchard - though for years I battled with this concept, because it seems to contradict so much of my everyday experience - both in life, and in my practice with 6 or 7 clients a day all seemingly struggling thorough life because of baggage from their past. So how can the present moment be the most beautiful - and powerful thing we have? - and why would I bother to be interested in Past Life Regression if it’s all about ‘NOW’? OK, here we go... ‘Becoming Present’ Wherever you are right now reading this, become very aware of your surroundings. Notice the feelings or sensations under your backside right now! Look at your hands, your fingers, the furniture in your close proximity. Don’t make any judgements or adjustments... just look at it as if you are seeing it for the very first time. Imagine you have just ‘beamed’ into your body [you can see a certain influence creeping in here:-)].. and you have 10 seconds to capture what it is like to be human.... thorough your eyes. To witness the joy and the tears, the happiness and suffering, the adventure and the mundaneness of of everyday life right now... YOUR life. You have 10 seconds to capture it all.... as if you’ve just been transported into a movie scene and you are taking a close-up of all the little details in the scene. Now scan down your body as you do this... feel your arms... feel your legs. Don’t try and relax, just feel, sense. Feel the sensation of your feet resting on the floor, bed, couch or wherever. Notice your shoulders. If your hands are resting, notice the tingling feelings in your fingers as you do this. Feel your cheeks, your jaw muscles as they loosen and your teeth part just a little. Your mouth may open slightly, and if it does draw your breath in through your mouth, watching it as it gently flows, down into your tummy area, which expands as you breath in and and think of the exhale as a gentle sigh of relief, as if the rest of the world simply does not exist for a while. Keep this up... your mind may wander, it may get distracted, if it does notice it, observe the distraction and as you breathe out, once again focus on your present awareness. Becoming Alive If you are familiar with this you will know what is happening. If you are not, it can seem strange first of all. But you are stepping out of your addiction to time for a moment. And as you step out of time, you step into your life. One of the biggest realisations I ever had was, THIS IS IT - RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, THIS IS IT - MY LIFE”. Not at some point in the future when my goals had been reached, when I had proved myself, when I had got my jobs done. Not when my home was as tidy as I wanted it to be, not when my income was where I thought t it should be, not when my partner finally lived up to my own unrealistic expectations, and certainly not when my own fears, worries, anxieties and seemingly inborn lunacies had all been fixed and resolved so I was finally perfect! This is it- right NOW - wherever you are, HOWever you are, WHATever you are - this is it - your life - your moment in time - and when you fully drop into that moment, with all it’s failings, unfinished business and personal inadequacies, suddenly you know what it is to be human.... and something very beautiful happens. Sometimes, when I ‘get it’ it brings tears to my eyes and makes me want to cry. I have no idea if I am happy or sad - it’s just raw emotion, passing through me for a few seconds, before fading away once more. But I think it probably means that when we do this and feel this way, we are one step closer to remembering who we truly are, and where we truly came from. Happiness at remembering, sadness at the longing, relief that our true home is never far away. Daily Practice There are many teachings and resources that tell us to sit quietly for 10 minutes, 15 minutes 20 minutes twice a day or whatever to ‘meditate’ or whatever we wish to call it, but to be honest I’ve never really managed to do that consistently. If YOU have, congratulations, but all I ever managed was to sit daydreaming about the various jobs I had to do later in the day and a part of me couldn’t wait to get it over with so I could get on with the jobs!! But what I have been able to achieve more and more is this idea of becoming more present in my daily life - because it is EASY! Every time - and ANY time - that you suddenly realise you are not focussing on the present moment - you immediately become present. All you then have to do is expand on that slightly. If you are worried about something - we have a list in the previous lesson 11 - that will very often be time related - simply say to yourself, “OK there I am, lost in the future, or lost in the past”. As you do this, take a deeper and gentle breath in through your mouth, down into your tummy, and as you breath out, go through the becoming present exercise described earlier. Pull your attention into your body - don’t try and relax it - just feel it, sense it, become more attuned with it. The reason most animals are NOT neurotic (apart from the ones who live around people) is that they are nearly always ‘present moment’ focussed, which includes an awareness of their body. When you become focussed within your body, it pulls you out of your mind and it’s various neurotic thought patterns, and into your body, with it's inbuilt body wisdom. Can you imagine how many of today’s psychological problems would disappear if we could all do this as a matter of course? As you remember to do this more and more, wherever you are, it gradually becomes more and more automatic. And the same applies to feelings and emotions too. If you find yourself suffering in some way - fear, worry, guilt, and anxiety - don’t try and relax, because that will only suppress the flow until next time. When you are feeling something, step back from yourself, breathe through your mouth, scan your attention down through your body and just feel... just feel and observe yourself as you feel. As you do this you will no longer be lost in your feelings... you will be allowing them, but observing at the same time. Remember Emotion is E-motion, Energy in Motion and needs to flow. If you block it, it stays within you and only creates another situation and another - or another lifetime and another - until it is finally free and released. Which brings us onto why we are doing this course in the first place... Past Lives and Present Moment. As you step out of time for a moment and become more aware of your present, you are not only healing this life... you are healing all your lives - past, future, alternate - which are all happening simultaneously. As you step out of time and into the present moment, AS IF THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TIME, you create an incredibly powerful moment of change in your life - and this moment, ANY moment - becomes that point of power. At that moment you are FREE of your past. It is as if you open up the gates of time and although most of your awareness may still be focussed in this, your current life, you also begin to experience more of your other lives - your awareness moves closer towards the centre of that bicycle wheel, and you become more aware of who you truly are - who you always have been and always will be, beyond your everyday experience of space and time. And Past Life Regression? How does that fit in? It is a tool, though how you use it is up to you. If you wish to explore out of intrigue or fun, just to see who you may have been in a past life - go for it. It’s a fascinating experience. If you wish to go searching into your ‘past’ for answers to how you feel in the present - again, that’s fine - go for it. I have healed much of my life in that way and spent around 10,000 hours helping others do the same. But that way has it’s limitations too, because although it may help relieve how you feel on a daily basis, it still keeps you caught up in time - and hence lifetime after lifetime. But if you wish to use past Life regression as a way of exploring your greater self - to uncover or discover other aspects of your ‘personality’, other realms of your being, still existing and influencing your life now - and being influenced by your life, you will be opening up your mind to an expanded awareness and new dimensions of experience that you’ve probably only previously dreamed of or read about in books. As you heal your own life, you heal ALL your lives, because there is only NOW - this moment, wherever you are, whenever you are right now. As you become more present, step out of time and just feel, sense or observe, you break free of your previous limitations - and you set your other lives free too. Jumping back and Forth in Time Do you remember the example I gave of me on the battle field? First I used the spontaneous regression technique taught a while ago. That caused me to witness myself on the battle field and in some way I screamed across time, “STOP FIGHTING”. A year later or whenever it was, I had a past life regression - only this time I WAS on the battle field - hearing that voice screaming from somewhere. I dropped my guard, ended the battle and an issue I had ‘battled’ with for aeons was released. It sounds dramatic but it was so simple. Somehow, a message passed along the spokes of that wheel into the ‘past’ from a lifetime in the future - and a part of me evolved that day. Do It, Be It You can do that too, if you wish - but you have to take action in some way - even if that action is to decide to be still. Become more present in everything you do, and as you break through the addiction of time you break through the layers of outdated protection and get closer to who you truly are. Sometimes, in your being present, Past Life details suddenly flash through into your awareness - so tune into them if they do and use the techniques I have given you for making best use of such experiences Follow the methods taught in this course and you WILL have Past Life experiences. If you want to make it easier, have a look at the Mypastlife program. Try it out, let me know how you get on, do whatever you wish, whenever you wish (within reason!) as if there were no such thing as time, and see how your life begins to change, expand and unfold in ways you could not have previously imagined. To me, ‘Time’ really is “The Final Frontier”. Thank you So that just leaves me to say ‘Thank You’ once again. Thank you for taking the time to read this course, thank you for your interest and support, but most of all ‘Thank You’ for being YOU. I couldn’t have put these simple words into written format without you. We are, after all, just part of the same giant bicycle wheel, are we not? Until we meet, my very best wishes to you, and may you live long and prosper. :-)
