Unlock The Secrets Of Your Hidden Past Lives “30 Days To Past Life Memories” Lesson 6 How to start accessing Past Life Memories Now that you’ve been through some of the basics of what you can expect a Past Life Regression to feel like, what sort of information you may uncover, and what to do with that information, you can now begin the practical side of opening your own mind up to accept or tune into your own Past Life Memories. To do this, we’ll begin by using the standard process discussed in Lesson 2, but later on we’ll look at some more advanced ways of doing this. To begin with though, let’s recap the basic stages of a standard Past Life Regression: 4 Stages of a Standard Past Life Regression A standard Past Life Regression will usually proceed in the following four stages: 1. A relaxation of mind and body - where you begin to enter an altered state of awareness. 2. The regression taking you back to the Past Life - where you focus your mind to receive past life memories. 3. The Past Life experience itself - where you begin to see, feel, recall information, etc. 4. Returning to your normal awareness once again - where you come back to the present moment and focus back into your every day waking consciousness. IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING. The aim of these exercises are to guide you into an altered state of consciousness where you can access information from other aspects of your being. Although usually a pleasant and enjoyable experience, there is no guarantee as to the nature of the information you may uncover. Therefore please understand that you do so entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for the consequences. By reading on and practising these exercises you automatically acknowledge and accept such responsibility in full. Regression Stage 1 - relaxation of mind and body. This part of the process is really an exercise in self-hypnosis. I am going to guide you through a self-hypnosis exercise that will first of all allow your body to settle down, but in the process will also allow your mind to settle down too, in just the right way to help you prepare for the next stage. You will need to practice this to get used to it, and eventually should be able to access this state in a few minutes or seconds even. To begin with, let’s do it slowly though. 1. Make sure you are warm and comfortable, in either a sitting down or lying down position, and that you will not be disturbed for a while. 2. If possible dim the lighting to create a more ‘twilight’ atmosphere. 3. When you are ready, close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths into your stomach. This is like pretending you have a pot belly first of all. As you breathe in, gently push your tummy out and imagine you are filling it up with your breath. As you exhale, imagine that each out breath is like a gentle sigh of relief. As you exhale this gentle sigh of relief, also think to yourself, “I can relax now” - as if everything has suddenly just been taken care of for you. Do this 3 times at least - and begin to let go of the normal world for a while. As you begin to breathe more easily, focus your attention on the physical feelings and physical sensations around your body. Start with your arms and shoulders... as your shoulders settle back, notice the physical feelings and physical sensations there, and in the top of your arms. Don’t try and relax, just keep breathing deeply and gently and notice how your shoulders and arms are feeling. There’s no reason why they should begin to feel heavy right now... but they will... so focus on this heavy feeling that is beginning to develop. Your attention will be drifting in and out, which is fine, but focus your attention more now down into your forearms, your wrists, your hands and your fingers. Consciously begin to let go of them. They too will start to feel heavy and tingly. Let them. Let the same happen to your legs. Focus on the different muscles in your legs... the top of your legs... your knees... your shins... your calves.... right down to your ankles, your feet and your toes. Notice the feelings and sensations there in way like you never have before. Conceive of letting go of your legs for a while. At any time if you wish to end the process just use the word “RELEASE” and you will be able to open your eyes and be present once more. But if you are comfortable, allow your facial muscles to relax now. Your eyebrows... your eyes... that space between your eyebrows ...your cheeks... your jaw muscles loosening... your teeth parting just a little... everything beginning to relax in the same way as if you are just about to drift off into a deep and restful sleep... but somehow able to remain aware of it too, to feel it, to experience what it feels like falling asleep and yet still ‘be here’. Continue in this way until you feel yourself becoming less aware of your body. There may be tingling feelings, or heaviness. Feel yourself sinking down into wherever you are resting... and go deeper. When you feel your body is relaxed, begin to let go of it even more... almost as if it is over there somewhere.... as if you are drifting down and down,. deeper and deeper inside of you... down to a very quiet, very peaceful place inside. Let your mind go there, as if you are letting go of the normal world for a while. You can relax. You are safe and can relax with ease now. Just allow yourself to drift in this space for a while, all the while feeling as if you are continually letting go. When you feel ready, you can now move onto Step 2... Regression Step 2 - Back to a Past Life There are many different ways of achieving the next step, but when doing it yourself, it is usually easiest to just make the following statement to yourself: “I am ready and open to receive Past Life memories. I will only accept memories that are for my benefit and well being, and with this in mind I can relax now. I am ready and open to receive Past Life memories.” Feel yourself as open and ready and begin to be aware for WHATEVER may pop into your mind... Regression Step 3 - Past Life Memories At first there may be nothing.... or you may think you are imagining something... or just making it happen. But whatever comes to mind will probably feel like that first of all. It may be an image of something or someone - vague or clear. It may be an impression of something. Look down at your feet, in your mind, and consider what you might see. Look at the ground around you. What does it seem like? Get a feel for the area where you seem to be - is it indoors or outdoors? Are you alone or is there someone else around? What do you seem to be doing? Are you young or old? What sex are you? The moment you ACCEPT something in your mind, you will be given access to more information, it will just begin to flow more easily. Remember the previous lesson about accepting everything as if it is important first of all. This is where you have to put that idea into practice. Go with the flow - even if it seems strange or bizarre - go with it. It is always useful to express what you see or experience as you go along, as this will anchor it in your mind and also trigger further details. Think of it as giving yourself a running commentary as you proceed. e.g. “ I can see myself on a ... and seem to be wearing a .... It’s day/night/ and I think I’m...etc” Allow your mind to keep going as long as you feel comfortable, or as long as the information keeps flowing. Occasionally you may get distracted, or drift off for a while. If you do, just rest, clear your mind and it will soon pick up again. You cannot force it - you just have to keep letting go and allowing it to happen. If you experience feelings or emotions, breathe through your mouth into your tummy like you did at the start - that will allow them to flow and also help them to be released. Avoid any kind of analysing - just keep going with it. Your mind may give you a simple scene to begin with, or you may have a full on experience with full characterisation and knowing. Whatever you get, just go with it as long as you feel comfortable. And when you feel ready to come back... Regression Step 4 - Releasing and coming back. ... take a deep breath once again and think to yourself “R-e-l-e-a-s-e” and focus your attention on the room where you are/have been all along. Slowly count from 1 to 5 in your mind and, as you do, come all the way back to your full awareness. On the number 5 you can open your eyes and be wide awake and fully aware. You can relax. Sometimes you will be happy and able to do this almost instantly. Sometimes, however, this will need to be a gradual process so take your time and allow for a more gentle reintegration if need be. Be the judge of how you are feeling and act accordingly. Once you are fully aware and wide awake again, remember to reach for that pad and paper. Afterwards Go through the exercises we have discussed in the previous lessons to summarise the main elements and then expand and capture the mood etc. Do this straight away if you can, in order to lock whatever your experience was into your mind, however clear it may seem at the time. If you’ve followed this properly and taken your time over each step, you should just have had your first Past Life Regression - congratulations! If not, don’t worry - it can take a lot of practice to do it yourself and there are quite a few factors that can influence what you experience too. In the next lesson we’ll look at another, more spontaneous means for accessing Past Life memories, and sometimes this can be the most enlightening of all, as you will soon find out. Happy travels and until the next time, Very best wishes,
Andrew Parr
