Unlock The Secrets Of Your Hidden Past Lives “30 Days To Past Life Memories” Lesson 7 How to access Past Life Memories spontaneously I hope you’ve been able to practice the techniques discussed in the previous lesson. It can take a few goes before you really learn how to access the right state of mind/body by yourself - so if you’d like to make it easier for yourself, feel free to check out the special offer we have on Mypastlife at the moment, which does so much of the work for you. However, I now want to show you another means for accessing past life information - which may help you understand more why I tend to refer to them as ‘other lives’, instead of Past Lives. Start with a feeling or emotion. At the end of Lesson 1 I mentioned about looking out for patterns and cycles in your life. This may be situations where the perhaps the scenes and characters may change, but you are somehow left with the same feeling - again and again. If you ever notice this happening in your life - could be with money, relationships, career, etc. - then you probably have a set of limiting beliefs and ideas that are creating and re-creating these situations for you. And will probably continue to do so unless you do something different or change in some way. Such limiting ideas and the patterns they create may come from this life or previous lives, but one of the best ways to begin accessing them and thereby removing them is to start with the feeling or emotion. Feelings and emotions are what you experience consciously as a result of conscious/unconscious activity. You may not be aware of the thoughts and ideas whizzing through your mind - but you will more likely be aware of the feelings and emotions they leave you with - which is why feelings and emotions are fantastic for revealing gateways to invisible beliefs and unconscious activity. Activity that may be originating from a past life. Don’t be fooled by the simplicity - this is powerful stuff. When you read what I am going to say in a few moments you may be tempted to dismiss the idea as too simplistic to be of any value - but I warn you against such a rash judgement. I’ll even give you a specific example of my own to potentially ‘prove’ the kind of impact this technique can have. Simply speaking, whenever you decide to open yourself up to past life information - you do just that, you open yourself up. Which means that the information you are looking for can come flooding through at any moment. Most of the time your awareness of it is under your conscious control, but the moment you decide to switch your focus, it is all there waiting for you. It may help to think of yourself as a radio receiver, where most of the time you are tuned into receiving information from your current life - so that’s what your senses feed you. However, when you open yourself up to Past Life information, you are retuning your receiver to a different frequency, and your senses then begin to feed you information from a different place. Theoretically then, all the information is always around, just waiting to be picked up by an appropriate receiver. The feeling and emotion technique we are about to go through is a way of tuning your receiver to a different frequency, to see what you can pick up. IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING. The aim of these exercises are to guide you into an altered state of consciousness where you can access information from other aspects of your being. Although usually a pleasant and enjoyable experience, there is no guarantee as to the nature of the information you may uncover. Therefore please understand that you do so entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for the consequences. By reading on and practising these exercises you automatically acknowledge and accept such responsibility in full. Here’s what to do: When you suddenly become aware that you are experiencing a strong feeling or emotion, pause for a moment in whatever you are doing and, if it is safe to do so, close your eyes. Take a deep into your stomach - that’s like breathing in but pushing your tummy out a little at the same time, and also feel your ribs expanding at the side. Focussing on the feeling or emotion, say to yourself, “If this were coming from a past life, where would I be and what would I be doing?” And then once again be open and ready for WHATEVER may pop into your mind... This will usually happen very spontaneously. If you have to think about it too much, for more than a few seconds for example, you are probably consciously creating the thoughts or image. What will happen as you get used to it, is that almost the moment you close your eyes you will start to get flash images or sensations - like dream snapshots. Sometimes they will be extremely vivid or life like, and almost make you jump back from your thoughts Go with whatever comes to mind, as before. Allow your mind to tie-in the feeling or emotion that was the trigger, and you should begin to see the connection. You may see or sense ‘yourself’ in a different place and a different time, behaving in quite an unexpected way - and yet that somehow is related to what you were experiencing in this life. You can remain passive, just observing what is occurring, or you can become active and put some input into that ‘past life’ experience - which may mean you are actually changing the past. This may seem hard for some people to accept so I’ll use another personal example to illustrate. Battle and struggle One day about 2 years ago, I was suddenly feeling very frustrated, stuck and unable to move on in my current situation - again. I had the feeling of battling and struggling in vain, as if I was fighting fights I didn’t need to fight (customer service complaints, technical probs. with my PC, taking on responsibilities I didn’t need to which then caused me stress and pressure etc. - you name it, I was repeatedly putting myself in situations where I was ‘up for a fight that got me nowhere’). After suddenly recognising the predicament I was in yet again, and I sat back, closed my eyes and said to myself, “If this were coming from a past life, where would I be and what would I be doing?” Immediately I had a clear image of a battle field, with myself right in the thick of it - a whirling muddle of anger and chaos lashing out at everything in range. There was disorder all around and there was no way I could discern who’s side was winning or losing or even who’s side I was on. All I could see was senseless fighting - a battle without meaning or purpose. Instinctively, in my mind I screamed out to the image of myself I saw, “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Stop Fighting!” - and the strangest thing happened - in my mind I saw this ‘other me’ stop what he was doing in the middle of the battle field, lower his weapon and begin to look around, almost as if he was suddenly seeing the situation for the first time. I repeated my cry of “Stop Fighting! Enough, now!” and as I did, the past ‘me’ just seemed to stand motionless, and then gradually faded away. I tried to get back to it but could not bring it to life with any clarity. And that was that... or so I thought... Medieval knight revisited. Do you remember in lesson 1 I discussed my Past Life Regression as a mediaeval knight, where I eventually witnessed my demise on the battlefield? This regression happened some time after I’d had the spontaneous regression just described. In the full regression, I was a knight fighting meaningless battles, who had lost his way in a cloud of disillusionment. And on the final battlefield I suddenly look up, as if awoken by something, and realise the folly of my actions. Could it be that it was my spontaneous accessing of that scene, along with the emotive cry to end the fight, that caused the ‘past me’ to look up, stop what he was doing and suddenly take stock? Could it be that I - me, here, now in this life - actually caused my own demise on the battlefield in the past, but in doing so actually released myself from lifetime repeating pattern, somewhat? Could it be an example of accessing and changing the past, which allows you to change both your present and your future? That’s a bit of a brain teaser, but it does help explain why many people believe the past is still open ended - and can be affected from the present. Past Life Therapy In coming lessons we’ll go through problem solving and life issues in more detail, but for now, just get used to the idea that you can access such information almost at will, if you are ready. And that you can then act on that information in quite profound and life-changing ways. If there were scenes, situations and patterns in your life you would like to change, what would they be - and where do you think they might come from? As usual, write down any experiences you have and extract as much as you can, for maximum benefit. More interesting stuff coming up soon. Until the next time, Very best wishes,
Andrew Parr
